Percy Faith - Theme from A Summer Place

Finally.

This piece of elevator music has been rattling around in my head for years and I could never identify it. Singing the melody into Soundhound didn’t help. This morning I caved in and listened to dozens of samples by the 101 Strings Orchestra until I found it.

I can’t truthfully call this an exorcism because I still like the song. My Aunt Bea, big Lawrence Welk fan that she was, would have been so proud of me.
